Position: Commercial Boiler Mechanic / Technician
We are seeking a full-time experienced Commercial Boiler Mechanic / Technician to join our growing team in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
This is an on-site position responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing commercial and industrial boiler systems and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience working with a wide range of boiler systems and controls while maintaining high safety and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
•Service and repair commercial boiler systems
•Perform routine and preventive maintenance
•Troubleshoot heating, combustion, and control systems
•Diagnose and resolve mechanical and operational issues
•Respond to emergency service calls
•Install and replace commercial heating equipment
•Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
•Troubleshoot heating controls
•Collaborate with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently
•Follow all applicable safety standards and compliance requirements

Qualifications:
•Required Minimum 5 years of commercial boiler experience
•Experience with maintenance, preventive maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial boiler systems
•Experience working on:
•Steam boilers
•Hydronic systems
•Condensing boilers
•High- and low-pressure systems
•Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
•Experience with burners, controls, pumps, gas trains, controls and heat timers and combustion systems
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Knowledge of boiler safety standards and compliance requirements
•NYC commercial experience strongly preferred
•Experience operating heavy equipment and industrial tools
•Prior experience in commercial or industrial environments
•Technical certifications or specialized HVAC/heating training
